2. Compromised Edge Quality on Curved Surfaces – Achieving a clean, burr-free cut with consistent geometry on the tubular surface is difficult, often resulting in dross, micro-burns, or edge irregularity. Dynamic Focal Point Tracking & High-Purity Assist Gas: Utilizes a capacitive height sensor to maintain optimal focal position on the curved surface, paired with high-purity nitrogen to produce an oxidation-free, smooth cut edge.
3. Unstable Fixturing & Precision Loss – The tubular pendant is difficult to secure without deformation, and standard clamping can cause slippage or marking, affecting cut path accuracy. Customized Micro-Vibration Damping Fixtures: Implements dedicated soft-jaw chucks and internal support mandrels designed for thin tubes, ensuring absolute stability and preventing marking during high-speed rotation and cutting.
